Reservation rules & cancelation policies

✔ By confirming the booking process, you authorize Hotel Faremiti (Landarea SRL) to charge 100% of the reservation to your credit card.

✔ The payment for your transaction will appear on your statement under the name of Hotel Faremiti – Landarea SRL.

✔ All rates include 13% tax.

Flexible Cancellation Policy : Cancellations will be effective from the moment we receive written notification to our Reservations Department at faremitiboutique@gmail.com and confirmation from our hotel.

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to our policies detailed below :

✔ Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in are free of charge.

✔ Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in will receive a 75% refund of the reservation price.

✔ Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will not be refunded.

✔ No refunds or credit notes will be issued for early check-outs or no-shows.

Unforeseen Circumstances : I agree that Hotel Faremiti will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fire, blockades, government orders, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy Policy: Hotel Faremiti is committed to maintaining the strictest confidentiality regarding all information related to our guests, internally. The information you provide will not be disclosed to any other party. This information will be for the exclusive use of Hotel Faremiti, under penalty of law. We will never disclose our clients' data for any reason.
